Description and Requirements
To support our growing business with our Enterprise and Public Sector business we are looking for an enthusiastic and motivated Hybrid Salesperson to support our sales team.
Key responsibilities:
* Lead customer relationship into defined territory to create high CX & main point of contact for customer queries & requests
* Lead growth plan into a defined territory of accounts
* Proactively drive sales activities and planning to generate incremental business development across the defined territory
* Develop, manage, and own pipeline, opportunities and customer contact management in CRM tool (Dynamics)
* Manage customer catalogues and process in collaboration with ISSR team
* Own customer facing KPI reporting where relevant
* Work with Supply Chain representatives (GSC) to ensure our deliveries meet SLA requirements and customer satisfaction
* Have a regularly scheduled virtual and F2F visitation with key customers
* Use business intelligence tools to prospect and find new opportunities
* Create customer loyalty through intelligent conversations and becoming a trusted advisor
* Cooperate closely with the Channel team and their business partners to facilitate new customer leads and fulfill business deals to deliver profitable revenue growth across your account base
* Provide weekly account status reporting, quarterly performance reporting, forecasting and business planning vs target
