As a Teaching Assistant (TA), you will play a crucial role in inspiring and encouraging pupils to develop their knowledge and confidence across various disciplines in a supportive and safe learning environment. Key Responsibilities for the Teaching Assistant (TA): Collaborate closely with the Class Teacher to plan and deliver lessons, contributing to Individual Student Plans (ISPs). Support students through direct practical interaction, caring for their educational and personal welfare in a teaching and supervisory capacity. As a Teaching Assistant (TA), you will be responsible for accompanying and supervising students during educational visits and school activities, such as swimming, ice skating, and horse riding. Assist in the preparation and organization of learning resources and ensure the classroom environment is safe and conducive to learning. Provide one-on-one or small group support to students, simplifying tasks and presenting information in a manner tailored to each student's needs. Is willing to participate in physical activities, such as swimming and sports, and help with students’ personal hygiene needs.
