With a growing presence in the market, we are expanding our team and looking for a motivated Google Ads specialist to support our paid media campaigns. Role Overview We’re looking for someone with hands-on experience in managing paid advertising campaigns to drive results and optimise return on ad spend (ROAS). You’ll work across platforms like Google Ads and Meta, playing a key role in ensuring our campaigns deliver strong results and align with our marketing goals. Key Responsibilities Google Ads Set up, monitor, and optimise Google Ads campaigns to achieve strong performance. Manage product feeds in Google Merchant Centre to ensure accuracy and efficiency. Implement best-practice strategies to improve campaign results. Meta Advertising Create, manage, and optimise advertising campaigns across Meta platforms. Adjust campaigns to target specific audiences and achieve business objectives. Monitor and refine campaigns to maximise their effectiveness. General Responsibilities Track and report on campaign performance, providing insights to the Marketing Manager. Help manage advertising budgets to achieve the best possible ROI. Analyse campaign data to identify areas for improvement and suggest strategies. Stay updated on trends in digital advertising and share insights with the team. Required Skills and Qualifications Hands-on experience managing paid advertising campaigns, ideally across Google Ads and Meta. Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and generate actionable recommendations. Basic knowledge of Google Merchant Centre and shopping feed optimisation. A proactive mindset with great communication skills. Desirable (but not essential) Certifications in Google Ads or Meta advertising.
