With a growing presence in the market, we are expanding our team and looking for a motivated Google Ads specialist to support our paid media campaigns. Role Overview
We’re looking for someone with hands-on experience in managing paid advertising campaigns to drive results and optimise return on ad spend (ROAS). You’ll work across platforms like Google Ads and Meta, playing a key role in ensuring our campaigns deliver strong results and align with our marketing goals.
Key Responsibilities
Google Ads
* Set up, monitor, and optimise Google Ads campaigns to achieve strong performance.
* Manage product feeds in Google Merchant Centre to ensure accuracy and efficiency.
* Implement best-practice strategies to improve campaign results.
Meta Advertising
* Create, manage, and optimise advertising campaigns across Meta platforms.
* Adjust campaigns to target specific audiences and achieve business objectives.
* Monitor and refine campaigns to maximise their effectiveness.
General Responsibilities
* Track and report on campaign performance, providing insights to the Marketing Manager.
* Help manage advertising budgets to achieve the best possible ROI.
* Analyse campaign data to identify areas for improvement and suggest strategies.
* Stay updated on trends in digital advertising and share insights with the team.
Required Skills And Qualifications
* Hands-on experience managing paid advertising campaigns, ideally across Google Ads and Meta.
* Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and generate actionable recommendations.
* Basic knowledge of Google Merchant Centre and shopping feed optimisation.
* A proactive mindset with great communication skills.
Desirable (but not essential)
* Certifications in Google Ads or Meta advertising.
* Experience with additional digital advertising platforms or analytics tools.
