Role Overview: The primary responsibility of the BDR is to generate and qualify leads, laying the foundation for strong client relationships. Key Responsibilities: Conduct market research to identify potential customers and industries that can benefit from powder bed fusion additive manufacturing and 3D printing solutions. Build and maintain a robust pipeline of prospective clients through targeted outreach, including cold calls, email campaigns, and social media engagement. Qualify leads by understanding their requirements and aligning them with tailored solutions. Schedule and coordinate initial meetings or calls with senior sales representatives. Develop a comprehensive understanding of the company’s services to effectively communicate value to potential clients. Regularly update the CRM system with accurate lead details and progress reports. Monitor industry trends to identify new outreach opportunities.
