We are currently looking for a skilled Multi Trade Operative to join our Void & Disrepair team based in the Leicestershire area, specialising in carrying out void and refurbishment works to our customers properties.

The Multi Trade role:
Undertaking multi trade work including jobs such as plumbing, patch plastering, tiling, and carpentry repair works in a domestic setting, utilising problem-solving capabilities.
Typical repairs can include broken taps, leaking pipes, drainage unblocks, and general kitchen and bathroom repair work
You will be responsible for ensuring our clients properties are ready for handover, working to deadlines and managing timeframes to ensure transitions run smoothly
What you will bring as a (Trade):
You will be qualified to Level 2 in either Carpentry or Plumbing, although other Level 2 trade qualifications are also welcomed.
Domestic / social housing experience would be beneficial as would experience working in a (responsive/ planned) environment
A full UK Driving License is essential for this role
