Manage Spa at Thainstone House Hotel, overseeing operational and financial aspects, ensuring efficient and personalized guest service, and working with Hotel General Managers to promote sales and marketing activities.
* Manage all operational and financial aspects of the spa
* Ensure efficient, friendly, consistent, and personalized service from team members
* Work with Hotel General Managers to ensure timely sales & marketing activities
* Conduct spa tours for prospective members, guests, and VIPs
* Manage statutory and company regulations relating to health & safety, hygiene, fire, and emergency procedures
* Deliver high-level treatments
* Maintain spa security
* Administer team matters, including absence management, appraisals, and performance management
* Experience in a similar role is beneficial, but outstanding Spa Supervisors will be considered
* Experience in a high-end spa/leisure club is essential
* Qualified to SVQ Level 3 in Beauty Therapy or equivalent
* Familiarity with the Ishga skincare range is desirable
* Strong customer service, time management, and communication skills are vital
* Must be self-motivated, enthusiastic, and a natural engaging leader
