Depot Manager
Pertemps are currently recruiting for a Depot Manager to join a leading organisation based in Thame, Oxfordshire. You will be required to work across two sites in Thame and Eynsham.
Responsibilities as a Depot Manager:
1. Manage approximately 30 Staff members in Thame
2. Oversee a team of approximately 20 at Eynsham
3. Customer-facing duties, providing an excellent service to customers
4. Ensure site security and infrastructure at Thame
5. Being point of contact for both sites across operational hours
6. Ensuring Health & Safety procedures are followed
7. Lead productivity and safety initiatives
8. Participating in management meetings via team
9. Occasionally travelling to other sites as and when needed.
Requirements:
1. Full UK Driving licence
2. Experience in line management or production management in an industrial setting
3. Trade union experience is preferable
4. NEBOSH qualification is preferred
5. Self sufficient
6. Excellent leadership and people management skills
The Depot Manager Role:
1. Working across two sites - Thame & Eynsham
2. £50,000 - £65,000 depending on experience
3. Private Healthcare

5. 33 days annual leave
