Requirements :
Swoop Commercial Finance Managers solve problems for our clients. By working collaboratively with SMEs and Property Professionals we help them access the finance they need when they want it.
Our market leading technology is just the start of the customer journey. Whilst Swoop is a FinTech, we realise that we’ll only be successful by having the very best people using our technology and working with our customers to provide them with commercial finance solutions. We have loads of exciting features in the pipeline and the team is growing rapidly, enabling us to support more SMEs and Property Professionals. We’re on the lookout for experienced finance professionals to help us achieve our ambitious growth plans.
A bit about you:
4. Do you have 2+ years’ experience in the banking and/or finance industry?
5. Do you have a desire to provide a best-in-class service to every single customer you speak to and to learn from our existing highly experienced and skilled team?
6. Do you have experience in carrying out an end-to-end sales process, from initial customer enquiry all the way through to completion?
7. Do you possess excellent verbal and written communication skills?
8. Can you demonstrate previous experience in commercial mortgages, residential/buy to let mortgages, bridging finance and/or development finance?
9. Are you a competent user of G Suite and/or Microsoft?
10. Does it excite you to join a business where you can make a real difference and help shape the future direction and success of the business?

Benefits:
11. Salary dependent on experience. £25,000 – £60,000. OTE up to £100,000
