Business Development Manager

About the Role:
As a Business Development Manager at Pareto, a Randstad company, your focus will be developing meaningful relationships with new clients with a focus on selling our executive search solution. This is a growth role within our business, focused on new client generation, with ownership of the sales cycle but supported by a highly skilled recruitment delivery team. You’ll work with a wide range of clients, from startups to enterprise businesses, understanding their challenges and able to sell from across the breadth of Pareto's services, with a focus on executive search.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Lead Generation & Prospecting: Identify and reach out to potential clients through outbound prospecting and SDR-generated leads.
2. Sales Cycle Management: Conduct meetings with senior stakeholders, build rapport, understand client needs, present value-based solutions, and close deals.
3. Collaborative Team Work: Work alongside our delivery team and other Pareto divisions to support clients and win deals, ensuring seamless service delivery.
4. Client Success: Support project delivery and work closely with Client Success Managers to ensure client satisfaction, addressing any risks or issues promptly.
Key Skills:
1. Proven experience in B2B sales, particularly in prospecting and cold calling.
2. Ability to conduct consultative sales, uncovering client needs and presenting tailored solutions.
3. Experience in running meetings with senior stakeholders, building rapport, setting agendas, and closing for commitments.
4. Strong presentation skills, both online and face-to-face.
5. Ability to build and nurture strategic client relationships.
6. Team player who can work with internal stakeholders and subject matter experts to win deals.
7. Project management skills, with the ability to support delivery and manage client expectations.
