We're looking for a skilled HR Advisor to become an essential part of our team. To assist/support the Head of People, the HR team, and colleagues in all of the business by managing first linequeries on employment terms and conditions, policies and providing HR advice.
Arrange and attendinformal/formal meetings and hearings with the Head of People and/or Line Manager, ensuring that allpaperwork work and minutes are accurate, ensuring that employee data and information is treated inaccordance with GDPR requirements and maintaining confidentiality.
1. Employee Relations: Provide compliant and commercially focused support and guidance on employee relations issues to stakeholders, including conflict resolution, disciplinary actions, and grievance procedures. You will be the first point of contact for any non-contentious cases and will be responsible for their end-to-end resolution. However, from time to time you may need to escalate a case to the Head of People where there is a level of risk.
2. To provide HR and admin support to internal and external investigating officers in the management of casework; specifically investigations into conduct, capability and grievance matters.
3. Policy and Procedure Compliance: Ensure that company policies and procedures are consistently applied and in compliance with relevant employment laws and regulations.
