HR Advisor Belfast Permanent Benefits Monday- Friday 9am-5pm Gentech Recruitment are delighted to be partnering with our client based in Belfast who are currently recruiting for an HR Advisor. Duties Act as the first point of contact for employees and managers alike, supporting on company policies, procedures, and processes. Support the onboarding process and manage all documentation throughout the employee lifecycle. Prepare documentation for an array of areas including offers of employment and promotions. Maintain and update all relevant HR systems. Assist in all on-boarding and off-boarding duties. Assist with employee relations related issues. Ensure all HR related data is properly maintained throughout the employee life cycle. Maintain employee files, ensuring all relevant documentation is kept up to date. Essential CIPD Qualified L3 OR L5 Degree in HR or a relative field At least 2 years experience within an HR team Ability to work proactively and use own ability Excellent organisational skills Efficient in using Microsoft office suite.
