We are currently recruiting for :- Office Administrator We are seeking a highly organised and detail-oriented Office Administrator to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our office by providing administrative support and managing various clerical tasks. This role requires excellent communication skills, a strong ability to multitask, and proficiency in office software. Responsibilities Client Portal Management: Oversee and maintain client portals, ensuring that all information is up-to-date and easily accessible for clients and staff. Scheduling & Coordination: Schedule and manage work assignments Phone Handling: Answer and direct incoming phone calls, providing excellent customer service and addressing client inquiries promptly and professionally. Client Engagement: Build and maintain positive relationships with clients, providing them with exceptional support and updates regarding their services. Quotes & Estimates: Prepare and submit quotes to clients, ensuring that all information is accurate and delivered on time. Manage day-to-day office operations, ensuring efficiency and effectiveness. Perform data entry tasks accurately and in a timely manner. Maintain organised filing systems, both electronic and paper-based. Handle incoming phone calls with professionalism, demonstrating excellent phone etiquette. Prepare reports and documents using Microsoft applications. Support the team with various administrative tasks as needed. Skills Strong administrative skills with a keen attention to detail. Excellent organisational abilities to manage multiple tasks effectively. Proficient in clerical duties including typing and data entry. Competent in using Microsoft applications for document creation and management. Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with an emphasis on professional phone etiquette. Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
