Job Title: Finance and Property Administrator
Reporting To: School Business Manager
Hours of Work: 18 hours per week (09.30 - 2pm) to be spread over 4 mornings per week, must include a Monday
Working Pattern: Term time only plus Inset days
Salary: HOT/SWP 8-11 (actual salary £10,767.00 - £11,295.99)
Start Date: ASAP from 6 January 2025
Closing Date: 03 January 2025

We are looking for a dynamic and energetic individual to join our brilliant team of staff and children at Hotwells Primary School. We are a school situated in a historic corner of Bristol and pride ourselves on our broad and balanced curriculum, our love of the arts, and a warm and nurturing community. Main Responsibilities:
The post holder’s main responsibilities will be to provide finance and property maintenance administrative support to the school.
We would like to appoint an individual:
1. Who is committed to providing good quality and friendly administrative support to the school;
2. With an excellent understanding of financial tasks undertaken within a school such as purchase orders, paying invoices, and keeping track of payments or similar;
3. Ideally, with experience of working within school financial services or similar;
4. Who is positive, approachable, and enjoys working as part of a team.
