We are searching for a talented Injury Prevention-Ergonomic Specialist
Hours: 40hrs
Shift: Day/Evening shift with weekend and holiday rotation; 9:00am - 6:00pm
Location: Athletic Training Center – Dartmouth, MA
Travel: Driving on average 3 or more times per week required

**Available to regular status employees who are scheduled to work a minimum of 24 hours.

Compensation: Pay rate will be determined based on level of experience.
Responsibilities
Under the direction of the Manager, Employee Health and Ergonomics, perform a wide variety of duties both within and in support of the Employee & Occupational Health Departments. Design and implement injury prevention services and programs tailored to specific ergonomics hazards of the hospital and/or Occupational Health client companies. Also, provide Athletic Training outreach services to contracted high schools.
Qualifications
* Bachelors Degree in Exercise Physiology, Athletic Training, or a related field is required.
* The position requires the ability to utilize appropriate equipment including laptop computers and digital cameras as well as experience in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
* Over three years of related work experience is required.
* Certification in Ergonomics is recommended.
* CPR Certification is required.
* BOC Certification is required.
* Licensure as an Athletic Trainer in the Commonwealth of Massachusetts is required.
* CPR Instructor certification is recommended.
* Must be fully vaccinated against seasonal Influenza and the COVID-19 virus or to be exempt from the requirement for medical or personal reasons by signing a statement certifying you are choosing to be exempt from vaccination once hired.
Pay Range
USD $57,782.00 - USD $90,314.00 /Yr.
Rotation Schedule Requirement
No real rotation, just may need to work weekends and holidays occasionally.
