Responsibilities
1. Supervise the team in providing best-in-class culinary experiences
2. Coach and develop the team and drive Associate engagement
3. Delegate tasks and work with your team
4. Demonstrate Topgolf’s Core Values: Fun, One Team, Excellence, Edgy Spirit, and Caring
5. Monitor inventory and purchase product
6. Maintain food and labor costs according to budget, with a full understanding of COGS
7. Select and develop recipes to corporate approval
8. Standardize production recipes to ensure consistent quality
9. Establish presentation technique and maintain quality standards
10. Plan and cost menus for special events, chef choice menus
11. Ensure proper equipment operation and maintenance
12. Oversee safety and sanitation in the kitchen
13. Create action plans to respond to opportunities
14. Communicate and effectively partner with upper management, Home Office Leadership, and vendors
What We’re Looking For
1. Minimum of 8 years in culinary management
2. Proven ability to develop a culinary team
3. Bachelor’s degree or related culinary degree preferred
4. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
5. Ability to stand and exert well-paced mobility for the duration of a scheduled shift
6. Ability to stand and walk for extended periods of time
7. Ability to lift items weighing up to 50 lb.
8. Ability to stoop and bend
