About the Role
Reporting to the Reliability Equipment Leader, you will provide control system support within our high-volume assembly areas, working alongside the asset care team to enhance efficiency, reduce downtime, and improve processes. You will also mentor technicians, lead problem-solving initiatives, and support continuous improvement strategies.

Key Responsibilities
*
Troubleshoot and maintain PLC-controlled automated systems.
*
Analyse and improve OEE (Overall Equipment Effectiveness) and TPM processes.
*
Support and enhance pneumatic, hydraulic, and mechanical production systems.
*
Lead and mentor technicians in fault-finding, problem-solving, and continuous improvement.
*
Monitor and adjust vision systems and quality assurance equipment.
What You Need
*
Level 3 qualification in Electrical Engineering or Computer Science.
*
5+ years' experience in a manufacturing environment as a Technician or Manufacturing Engineer.
*
Hands-on expertise in PLC fault-finding, robotics, and high-speed automation.
*
Strong problem-solving skills with a proactive and leadership mindset
