The role
* Overseeing and coordinating HR operations, ensuring smooth and efficient processes.
* Managing all aspects of recruitment, including posting new vacancies, managing interview schedules, and managing onboarding processes.
* Maintaining and updating accurate employee records, ensuring compliance with confidentiality standards.
* Providing support for employee engagement initiatives, training, and performance management.
* Working with the HR team to continually suggest improvements and implement best practices.
About you:
* Proven experience in HR administration, coordination, or a similar role.
* Strong organisational skills with keen attention to detail.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
* A proactive and solution-focused mindset.
* Proficiency in HR systems and Microsoft Office Suite.
* CIPD is not essential but is desirable.
This is a fully office-based role and working hours are Monday to Thursday 8.30am - 5.30pm and Friday 8.30am - 4.30pm.
Free on-site parking is available, and the successful candidate must have a full UK driving license and access to their own vehicle as you may be required to occasionally travel to other sites.
