Sales Administrator

The Company
Opportunity to join a small manufacturing company based in the Swansea area. They manufacture and supply well-known products to many prestige vehicle manufacturers both in the UK and abroad. The company offers excellent benefits and a friendly flexible working environment.
The Role
This is a full-time permanent position based in the sales department. You will work Monday - Thursday 08:15 AM - 04:45 PM and 08:30 AM - 12:30 PM on a Friday.
The main purpose of the role is to provide administrative support to the small sales team and customers alike.
Duties will include:
1. Handling customer inquiries
2. Processing of orders
3. Handling returns
4. Monitoring of stock levels
5. Completing export routines
6. Pricing
7. Invoicing and delivery notes
8. General office admin
9. Working on Sage 1000 MRP computer system
Requirements
Although the role does require administrative experience, our client is happy to train the successful applicant in the full expanse of the Sales administration role.
The successful applicant will have the following skills, experience, and attributes:
1. Previous administrative experience essential
2. Excellent communication skills and comfortable liaising with clients
3. Well organized and methodical
4. Ability to learn and pick up new tasks easily
5. A team player happy to help out where required
6. Solid computer skills
7. Experience in using an MRP system would be advantageous but not essential
