Role: ITS Field Service Technician- EPOS
Location: Field Based- Covering Swindon (SN), Bristol (BS), Bath (BA), Oxford (OX), Gloucester (GL) and Salisbury (SP)
Package: Competitive pay, plus bonus, company vehicle, pension and additional company benefits
Shift Pattern: 37.5 hours per week working Thursday- Monday

What you will be doing:
1. To provide a technical service to customers, including installation, maintenance and repair of equipment.
2. To ensure customers receive a satisfactory service in line with agreed service level agreements.
3. To maximize revenue by identifying potential business and professional service opportunities, whilst carrying out day-to-day duties.
4. Management and control of vehicle/site stock, to improve first time fix levels to customers.
5. Manage used stock returns to ensure maximum throughput into the repair cycle.
6. Effectively repair customer equipment to maintain the highest levels first time fix.
7. Customer centricity, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.
You will ideally have:
1. Excellent knowledge of electrical/mechanical engineering.
2. Proven experience in the service and repair of a broad range of EPOS and IT equipment, including but not limited to: Tills, Printers, PEDS (Payment Electronic Data Interchange Systems), Scanners, Access Points (APs), Switches & Routers.
3. Good product knowledge across retail and IT hardware/images and OS.
4. Proven fault-finding technique.
5. IT literate.
6. Excellent Interpersonal and customer handling skills.
7. Excellent knowledge of Company Service procedures.
8. Good organizational skills, with ability to multi-task to meet service priorities.
9. Ability to work under own initiative in pressured situations to deliver the highest levels of customer satisfaction.
10. Good understanding of stock control.
