Private PA to UHNW
Marcilly Recruitment’s client, a hugely successful UHNW Entrepreneur, is looking for an outstanding Private PA to support on a 12 month maternity contract starting in April. This is a fast paced, multi-faceted role that requires someone with proven success at providing the highest level of Private PA support.
The role is primarily office-based working as part of a fun, close-knit team, with the option to work from home if the principal is travelling. This is a fantastic opportunity to support someone who is truly at the top of their game with lots of exciting things going on! You will also be working as part of a five person assistant team who all get on really well and make the job special.
Salary: £80,000 - £100,000
Benefits: discretionary bonus; healthcare; pension; 25 days holiday
Hours: 09:00 – 17:30pm Monday to Friday but flexible evenings and weekends and on call when needed
Location: Family office in Notting Hill
Start date: April 2025 – ideally beginning to mid
This role requires a Private PA with a minimum of 5 years’ experience in a similar role, who is ideally degree educated. The successful Private PA will be someone who is confident, dedicated and capable of working in a dynamic environment with a large workload, working efficiently with pace. They will be extremely efficient with standout communication skills.

Private PA Key Responsibilities:
* Extensive and complex multi time zone diary management.
* Managing communication on behalf of the principal – inbox management, drafting emails, calls etc.
* Manage relationships on behalf of principal with third party suppliers and stakeholders.
* Manage the running of the principal’s personal calendar and appointments
* Offer ad-hoc support for the principal’s family as and when required.
* Liaise with the accountant and CFO with regard to budgets.
* Be the main point of contact for household staff: overseeing the recruitment and supervision of new members of the team and handling annual performance, illness, holidays, expenses etc.
* Coordinate detailed personal travel arrangements with itineraries from door to door, private jets, yachts, cars.
* Manage visas and legalities of travel when required.
* Organising, managing and running events – from small dinners to large parties, wine tastings, business dinners etc.
* Create and manage a social calendar for the principal – planning and arranging weekends for him when he is in London.
* Research restaurants / hotels / travel destinations / music / activities and VIP experiences.
* Source and purchase Christmas gifts for the principal’s family.
* Source events staff - chefs, FOH etc.
* Manage new property acquisitions in the UK & abroad.
* Overseeing the smooth running of each household, managing staff, insurance, utilities, manuals, cars, maintenance etc.
* Troubleshoot all property issues alongside the Estate Manager and coordinate with suppliers and contractors.
* Work alongside Interior Designer and Estate Manager to run household improvements and renovations.
* Yacht Management; work with the captain and management company to ensure all processes are in place and procedures followed in regard to the boat.
* Deal with household purchases and gifts.
