Responsibilities
* General admin duties (emails, scheduling, data entry)
* Handle and coordinate active calendars
* Schedule and confirm meetings
* Ensure file organisation based on office protocol
* Provide ad hoc support around office as needed
* Supporting project coordination and communications
* Assisting with event planning and documentation
* Maintaining records and liaising with partners
Qualifications
* Equivalent experience in administration
* Strong interpersonal, customer service and communication skills
* Ability to multitask and work independently.
* Proficient in Microsoft Office suite & Google Suite
* Strong organisational
* Knowledge of and working with young people and family (desirable)
