Job Description:
Fixed Term
1. Develop account strategies to overachieve targets and contribute to the overall Omron UK.
2. Act as the main point of contact for all account management topics.
3. Establish and maintain strong relationships with customers, ensuring high levels of service.
4. Optimise customer processes and identify areas for improvement.
5. Negotiate and finalise contracts and agreements for maximum mutual benefit.
6. Serve as a trusted adviser to key customers.
7. Supervise customer segments and report on significant market developments.
8. Analyse customers based on development potential, trade margins, sales revenue, and average revenues to develop and implement corresponding plans.
9. Contribute to developing a strategic customer processing concept and annual joint business plan to achieve targets.
10. Collaborate with sales managers and the management team to develop action plans for business growth.
11. Manage annual budgets and control sales development of existing customers, compensating for any sales decreases through new initiatives.
12. Develop and execute effective pricing strategies.
13. Work with country marketing to develop materials and brand collateral.
Desired Skills and Qualifications:
1. 4-8 years of national account management experience with large pharmacy chains and retail.
2. Strong analytical and strategic thinking skills.
3. Experience in further developing existing accounts.
4. Background in a consumer product environment is preferred.
5. Strong sales knowledge, particularly in OTC sales, pharmacy channel, and retail.
6. Proficiency in English, both written and spoken.
7. Exceptional communication and negotiation skills.
This position is a 1-year contract. Candidates must be eligible to work in the EU.
