An exciting opportunity has arisen for an enthusiastic person with excellent administrative skills to work along side the Divisional Support Manager and assist in providing efficient, effective and confidential support to the Senior Management Team within the Family and Therapies Division. The ability to speak Welsh is desirable for this post; English and/or Welsh speakers are equally welcome to apply. Main duties of the job To have an understanding of the Division. To support the day-to-day needs of the Divisional office. Provide an efficient and friendly telephony service, taking/forwarding messages. To collect post and distribute accordingly. Work effectively as part of the wider team. Keeping personal files up to date. Provide administrative support to the maintenance of Divisional databases as required. Provide administrative support to the management of invoices, ensuring invoices are processed and completed to comply with financial requirements. Ordering of stationery and photocopier consumables.
