Job Description for Healthcare Support Role
Hourly Rate: £12.36 and up to £13.53 in selected London locations.

Main Duties
1. Welcoming participants, verifying details, and explaining the phlebotomy procedure.
2. Managing appointment bookings and stock levels for the phlebotomy service.
3. Taking and maintaining venous blood samples.
4. Supporting on the healthcare counter by advising on healthcare products and services.
5. Opportunity to complete an NVQ2 Healthcare training program.
Requirements
* Previous experience as a Phlebotomist is desirable but not essential; full training provided.
* Ability to work calmly under pressure and independently.
* Empathetic, approachable, and sensitive in interactions.
* Comfortable with technology and digital tools.
* Passionate about healthcare and customer care.
* Flexible to work weekends.
