We are seeking a talented Events Assistant and Events Executive to join a fantastic brand and team in central London You will be responsible for planning, organising, and executing a wide range of events, from conferences, seminars, and workshops to client receptions and team-building activities. What You'll Do: Develop and implement comprehensive event plans, setting clear objectives and timelines. Collaborate with internal stakeholders to align event goals with business objectives. Source and manage vendors, including venues, caterers, and AV providers. Create captivating event materials, such as invitations, presentations, and signage. Manage event budgets, ensuring cost-effectiveness and maximising ROI. Oversee on-site event logistics, including registration, seating arrangements, and technical support. Evaluate event success through post-event analysis and reporting. Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices. Who You Are: EITHER: an Events Executive with 2-5 years’ experience in an Events position/ Project Management role from Professional Services or similar environments. OR: An Events Assistant with 6 months experience within a corporate environment with some exposure to events. Proven ability to interact confidently with senior stakeholders. Excellent communication (written, verbal, presentation) and interpersonal skills. Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, eMarketing software, and ideally event registration tools. A master of time management with the ability to multi-task effectively. Results-oriented with a positive attitude and ability to thrive under pressure.
