We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Front of House Operations Manager to join our team at Brookside Garden Centre.
This role is perfect for someone who is passionate about delivering exceptional customer service and has a strong background in food and beverage management.
As the Front of House Operations Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our restaurant, including managing staff, maintaining high standards of customer service, and ensuring the smooth running of our kitchen and front of house areas.
The ideal candidate will have a strong track record of managing large teams, experience in a fast-paced food and beverage environment, and excellent communication and leadership skills.
Key Responsibilities:
* Manage staff rotas to ensure service level requirements are met
* Oversee set up of the front of house, counters, and back of house operation each day
* Coordinate the team in front of house operation to create a welcoming and efficient service for customers
* Ensure staff have detailed knowledge of our menus to share with customers
* Carry out all required Food Hygiene and Health and Safety checks
