Our client is a reputable and well-established firm of Independent Financial Advisers seeking to appoint an additional Administrator to join their close-knit team. Working in collaboration with Financial Advisers, and a team of Paraplanners where the successful Candidate will be responsible for -
Processing new business applications
Creating Client Valuations & Illustrations
Liaising with Product Providers & third parties
Preparing pre-meeting documentation for Advisers
Assisting paraplanning team
Providing administrative support to a team
Be a point of contact for Paraplanners for technical administrative queries
General Administration duties
Client Contact
Administrative Assistant Skills and Qualifications:
A wide knowledge of the different administrative roles and varied industry products
At least two years experience of working in administration within a busy IFA office
Excellent prioritisation skills to meet, if not exceed, deadlines
The ability to manage expectations of all staff and clients
A good working knowledge of online provider platforms
Ideally, some Financial Planning Certificate/ RO exams (but not necessary)
