About the Role
We’re looking for a Professional and Technical Review Advisor to provide high-level customer service to members and potential members applying for chartered and technical membership.
Key Responsibilities will include:
* Co-ordinating an end-to-end professional review process, ensuring excellent customer service, support, and guidance for our members, assessors, and verifiers.
* Acting as a key point of contact for professional and technical review queries, providing support and advice on the criteria for professional review and members’ readiness.
* Liaising with regional and international colleagues to ensure consistent advice, following up on enquiries to encourage professional review applications, and attending events to promote CIOB membership.
* Overseeing assigned applicants’ applications from beginning to end, ensuring a consistent, high-quality experience.
* Reviewing applications against set criteria and advising potential members on necessary changes to their submissions.
About You
The ideal candidate will have the following skills and experience:
* Confidence and professionalism in dealing with members at varying levels of seniority.
* Strong organizational skills with the ability to work to targets and deadlines.
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to analyze reports and applications.
* Strong administration and IT skills, with some experience in CRM systems.
* Previous experience in a membership environment is advantageous but not essential.
