This well-established business has impressive facilities including 50 individually designed bedrooms, a fine dining restaurant, and dedicated M&E facilities with a capacity for 120 people.
Our client is looking to recruit a Deputy General Manager to focus on managing the day-to-day running of the business.
Overseeing a team of HODs and working closely with the General Manager, this position will have a particular focus on food and beverage.
The hotel is very busy in all areas of F&B and is a popular events venue. This role focuses on developing the quality within the department while supporting the management team that covers the outlets.
Ideally, our client is looking for an established Deputy GM; however, they would consider an F&B manager looking for the next step in their career.
