In this key role, you’ll be the friendly face of the business, helping things run smoothly through excellent organisation, clear communication, and top-notch administrative support.
What You’ll Be Doing:
Managing the front desk, answering and directing all incoming calls efficiently and professionally
Welcoming visitors and ensuring all site security procedures are followed
Providing day-to-day administrative support to employees across the business
Sorting, distributing, and managing all incoming and outgoing mail
Responding to customer and supplier queries promptly and professionally
Ordering and maintaining office supplies, stationery, and consumables
Raising purchase orders and processing invoices as needed
Booking domestic and international travel and accommodation
Assisting the Finance Team with data input and basic financial reporting What You’ll Bring: Essential Skills & Experience:
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Strong organisational skills with the ability to multitask
Confident in handling visitors and managing telephone systems
General administrative experience and attention to detail
Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
Ability to work independently and as part of a team Desirable Skills:
Familiarity with SAGE 200
NVQ/SVQ Level 1–4 in Business Administration or Customer Service
Previous experience in a front-of-house or office administration role Qualifications:
GCSEs in Maths and English
Competent IT skills and comfort with learning new systems
UK Passport and ability to obtain Security Clearance
