The Role Due to continued successful growth, we have an excellent opportunity to join our Fortem team working on our contract with Town & Country Housing repairs as a Sub Contractor Coordinator The Coordinator will provide support to core workstreams and coordinate the completion of key tasks that allow for smooth operational running of the branch. You will be based in our excellent offices in Tunbridge Wells on a Hybrid basis with 4 days in the office and 1 days WFH The Project Coordination of all records relating to compliance, including Asbestos, Scaffold Register. Report on performance against SLAs for transfer of Sub-Contractors. Ensure all records relating to any subcontractors are kept up to date. Attend various meetings as Sub Contractor Involvement. Raising of subcontractor purchase orders in line with agreed SLAs Update all Scaffolding Register Ensure Sub Contractor reviews and any associated meetings are organised Coordination of customer complaints involving Sub-Contractors – ensuring that a satisfactory response is returned to client within SLA Assist with Resource Planning and shortfall with support from External Resource. Provide Service Efficiency and Deliverables to the benefit of the contract, maintaining stakeholder relationships (Internal and External). Ensure 100% adherence of all tasks relating to the Sub Contractors and Scaffolding. Support workstreams with adhoc tasks that require administrative support. Portion of Post inspections for Sub Contractor related works, with support from Operations Team. Co-Ordinate Supervisors to provide WIP/Adhoc/H&S Data Compliance on SCP Co-Ordinate Supervisors for On-Site Post Inspections for Sub-Contractors Maintain Transparency of Notes for all Effectively Manage Contractors Mailbox and provide updates Be a champion for, and demonstrate TCHR/TCH values and behaviours Maintain the Asbestos Process, and Remediation Progression – Incorporating best Practice for H&S and Commercial Aspects. Essential and Desirable Criteria The successful candidate will meet the following criteria: ESSENTIAL Ability to create and maintain spreadsheets to ensure accuracy of information. Use excel formulas competently. Enjoys evaluating, probing, investigating and challenging information – working in an innovative way. Experience in managing a challenging workload whilst maintaining high standards. Excellent interpersonal skills. Positive proactive attitude High level of IT literacy and data handling skills –excel, word, PowerPoint and outlook mail merge. Familiar with workforce management systems (such as Maintain) Experience in a responsive service delivery environment Soft people skills where people are engaged in a non-confrontational/non-combative way. Understanding of health and safety policies and importance of record keeping for compliance purposes. Repair and maintenance background in a housing environment DESIRABLE Good level of Health and Safety awareness or a H&S qualification such as IOSH. Professional and organized approach with high standards Ability to use initiative, seeking new ways of working to drive improvement.
