Our Client is currently looking for a Customer Service Planner in Lincoln.
Candidate must be available to start on 3rd February, with no leave for the first three weeks due to training requirements.
Interviews w/c 20/01/25.
Based - Lincoln.
37 hours per week, with shifts between Monday and Sunday, including bank holidays, on a rota basis. Operating hours are between 7am and 9.30pm.
Opportunity for temp to perm.
Salary: £23,143.
Role is office-based, initially with the possibility to work on a hybrid model once probation is passed. This may take around 5-6 months to pass probation.
Candidate would assist in the delivery of a business-critical service to ensure that both planned and reactive work is scheduled to meet business performance targets (Service, Serviceability, Quality, and Risk) and systems are updated with work activities.
Responsibilities include:
1. Taking ownership of today's and tomorrow's work schedules to ensure that all work is completed within the agreed timescale.
2. Prioritising and deploying reactive work according to a priority matrix to field resources via telephone, complying with health and safety guidelines.
3. Ensuring resources have the availability to complete the work and removing any work that cannot be completed as a result.
4. Escalating to relevant teams where high-priority work cannot be deployed.
5. Contacting both internal and external customers to keep them informed and realign expectations.
