We are currently seeking a compassionate LPN or RN in Glasgow and surrounding areas.

Key Responsibilities:
* Develop and maintain individualized care plans in collaboration with the healthcare team.
* Administer prescribed medications and treatments as per plan of care.
* Monitor and document patient status and share updates with physicians and families.
* Educate families on proper care and treatments to ensure continuity.
* Maintain accurate and timely electronic health records.
Qualifications:
* Current LPN or RN License in the state of practice.
* Strong communication skills and a compassionate demeanor.
* Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
* Prior pediatric nursing experience is a plus but not required.
