The role As Account Director you will own a portfolio of key accounts across a breadth of industry sectors and be responsible for building strong business relationships as well as unearthing new opportunities. Ensuring the client satisfaction across the delivery of a range of events and comms campaigns will be key, as will being the brand guardian internally and briefing in relevant departments and delivery teams. This is a true client services role where retention, meeting profit targets and account growth are at the forefront. About you We are looking for an Account Director with a deep understanding of the comms and events industry and an understanding of what high quality execution looks like. This is NOT a delivery role, but a true client management and client services role. An understanding and affinity to talking about broader projects including content, creative, digital and film as well as live and corporate events is key.
