Job Description
Administrative Support: Provide comprehensive administrative support including managing correspondence, scheduling appointments, and maintaining records.
Financial Management: Assist with the monitoring and management of family investments, budgets, and expenses. Prepare financial reports and summaries as needed.
Estate Management: Coordinate with property managers, contractors, and other service providers to ensure the smooth operation and maintenance of family properties.
Legal and Compliance: Assist in coordinating with legal advisors to ensure all family affairs are managed in compliance with relevant regulations and standards.
The Successful Applicant
Experience: Minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar role, preferably within a family office or high-net-worth environment.
Professionalism: Impeccable professional demeanor with excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
Business Acumen: Strong understanding of business principles and financial management.
Organisational Skills: Exceptional organizational and multitasking abilities.
Technology Proficiency: Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and other relevant software.
Integrity: Strong ethical standards and the ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
Confidentiality: Maintain the highest level of confidentiality and discretion in all aspects of the role.
