Who We're Looking For: We are seeking a highly experienced project manager with a proven track record in managing large-scale capital projects, ideally within healthcare or a public sector environment. You will have experience with business case development, governance processes, and a collaborative approach to working with partner organisations. Strong leadership and communication skills are essential, along with the ability to manage multiple stakeholders and drive project success. Main duties of the job Lead the strategic delivery of the construction and commercial elements of the Enabling Works Programme, ensuring alignment with NHS sustainability and Net Zero targets. Oversee the development and management of project teams, ensuring effective delivery and adherence to best practices. Manage procurement processes for construction and commercial contracts, ensuring alignment with government frameworks and best value for money. Develop and implement integrated governance and risk management plans for the programme. Provision of site wide subterranean engineering infrastructure including buried HV & LV power cables, data & telecoms and drainage, rerouting incoming supplies and provision of new fire hydrant and medical gas runs.
