Job summary Permanent | Full-time We are looking for a motivated person to join the Surgery, Critical Care & Diagnostics Care Group Governance workstream. You will report to the Quality, Governance & Compliance Officer and provide essential admin support, ensuring safe and effective governance processes. You will help coordinate the Surgery, Critical Care & Diagnostics Clinical Quality Group (CQG) meetings and assist clinical teams with project support related to governance activities. This is a great opportunity to contribute to the delivery of high-quality care while ensuring alignment with Trust Governance processes. Proposed interview date is Thurs 01-May-2025 Main duties of the job Reporting into the Quality, Governance & Compliance Officer, your responsibilities will include: Provide administrative support to the QGC Officer and OQC Lead. Administer risks, incidents, and other governance-related matters. Record and create detailed reports using the hospital's Datix reporting system. Facilitate the smooth running of the Care Group Clinical Quality Group meetings. Take accurate minutes during family governance meetings. Coordinate different meetings and forums.
