Job Overview
The RES Education and Support Worker will lead a project to develop and deliver a comprehensive programme of education and training on Violence Against Women (VAW), with a specific focus on the experiences of Black and Minority Ethnic (BME) women, both within the centre and in the wider community.
Responsibilities
1. Deliver learning sessions on various VAW topics.
2. Provide 1:1 support to women attending the centre who are experiencing domestic abuse.
3. Offer assistance with disclosures and link women to specialist VAW services in Dundee.
4. Identify risk, focusing on safety and support through a trauma-informed approach.

20 Hours per week
£17,339 per annum (based on a 20-hour work week) £30,443 FTE
Interviews will be at the centre week beginning 17th March 2025.
