Sales Administrator | Colne | Full time – Permanent | 31 days holiday | £24,000 DOE Your new companyA specialist manufacturing company operating from its headquarters based in Colne, Lancashire. Due to internal development the business is now expanding and seeking for a Sales Administrator to join their business on a full-time permanent basis. This role is office based working Monday to Thursday 8am – 4:45pm and Friday 8am – 12:30pm. Your new roleAs Sales Administrator your daily duties will include general administration such as Answering Calls, Filing and Emails, along with the following:• Receiving and processing customer orders• Dealing with customer queries• Preparing orders for despatch• Liaising with and arranging collections with couriers and freight companies• Invoicing customers• Preparing monthly reports for Finance Manager• Occasional Holiday Cover for Purchase Ledger & Administration of Clocking System. What you'll need to succeedIn order to be successful in securing this position you should have the following experience:• Experience working in a busy fast passed environment.• Good Microsoft office and computer skills.• Good communication skills and an effective communicator• Flexible and adaptable, able to manage multiple tasks concurrently• Positive “Can-Do” attitude and the motivation to make a big difference in the business performance• Not afraid to questions, a passion for learning and a good team playerDesirable knowledge:• Export experience would be desirable• SAP B1 experience desirable, but not essential as full training will be given.
