Job Title: Support Worker
* Location: Redhill/Surrey – Community Services
* Salary: £23,264 per annum (pro rata)
* Part-time hours available
* Applicants will need a full UK driving license and access to their own car
We’re looking for a Support Worker to work with us in Redhill supporting an individual in his own flat with learning disabilities and autism. The person we support needs assistance with tasks around the house such as cleaning, cooking, and laundry. They also enjoy puzzles, watching films, visiting museums, and trips to the seaside. The service is close to a main road with good bus routes and the local town is a 10-15 minute walk away.
No two days are the same, but your day might look like this:
* Supporting our people to engage in all day-to-day living activities, including making full use of their community and beyond.
* Supporting social activities, and connecting with family and friends.
* Assisting in managing finances.
* Keeping the home clean and fresh, and going shopping.
* Providing and encouraging personal care.
