FJA are working with a national leader in the Water industry, who are looking to recruit an Administrator to join their team in the Bellshill area of North Lanarkshire. The Administrator role will be to cover Maternity leave for an initial term of 6 months, with the possibility of being extended. The role will be on a part time basis working 30 hours per week. Required experience for the Administrator role:
* Proven administration experience, preferably in a fast-paced environment.
* Strong computer skills, with proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Excel, Word, Outlook)
* Experience with cloud-based systems would be an advantage (e.g., OneDrive, SharePoint, or Google Workspace)
* Technical aptitude - the ability to quickly learn new software and systems.
* Excellent organisational skills with attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
* Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
* Data management skills, including experience in maintaining and organising digital records.
