About the Role: This role offers ad-hoc, temporary assignments, making it ideal for candidates seeking flexible, short-term work. As the front-of-house host, you’ll be welcoming visitors and providing essential support to ensure a smooth-running service. Key Responsibilities: Visitor Welcome : Be the first point of contact, warmly welcoming visitors and helping them feel at ease. Telephone & Messages : Answer incoming calls, take accurate messages, and direct them to the relevant contacts. Administration : Handle basic clerical tasks, including printing, copying, scanning, filing, and maintaining the database. General Support : Complete any ad-hoc tasks set by the manager. Working Hours: Saturday & Sunday : 9:00am - 5:00pm with a 30 minute lunch break.
