The School has an exciting opportunity for a HR Manager fixed term basis for one year to provide a professional HR service to the whole School, ensuring fair, transparent and consistent people management solutions are practiced, supporting the School Strategy and Values. The successful candidate will oversee the delivery of efficient HR systems, processes, and policies for all staff across the School.
The successful candidate will be responsible for managing and developing the HR and Payroll Advisor. The HR department is a vital function at the core of the School, being responsible for all employee related matters, including the recruitment and selection of staff, managing and administering all employment related matters, providing advice and guidance for staff to ensure compliance with necessary policy and legislation.
The successful candidate will work closely with all members of staff. They will use their coaching and influencing skills to drive employee engagement and facilitate change. This is a wide-ranging role with interaction across all levels and leading several exciting projects which will require HR contribution and input.

Holidays
37 days paid annual leave per annum pro rata, inclusive of all public holidays. This includes 9 or 10 days' annual leave pro rata to be kept aside for the School's Christmas shutdown period.
Pension
Auto-enrolment Defined Contributions (DC) Pension Scheme with The Pensions Trust - this is an enhanced contributory scheme whereby the employer contributes 8% of gross monthly earnings and the employee contributes 4%. The School also offers an alternative and further enhanced scheme whereby the employee can increase their contributions to either 7% or 10% and this scheme the employer will contribute 13.55%.
