A Successful Applicant:
* Strong knowledge of construction documentation, contracts, and compliance requirements.
* Excellent organisational and multitasking abilities.
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint).
* Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
* Effective communication skills, both written and verbal.
Key Responsibilities:
* Provide high-level administrative support to the construction and project management teams.
* Oversee and manage procurement processes, including sourcing suppliers, obtaining quotes, and placing orders.
* Maintain and update procurement records, contracts, and supplier databases.
* Prepare and maintain project documentation, contracts, and reports.
* Coordinate with contractors, suppliers, and internal teams to ensure project deadlines are met.
* Assist in budget tracking and invoice processing.
* Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and company policies.
* Manage client correspondence, ensuring timely communication.
* Provide support to senior management with administrative and operational tasks.
* Manage an admin assistant.
Experience Required:
* Previous experience, 3+ years, in an administrative role within the construction industry (required).
* Experience within the Modular industry (Preferred).
Job Type: Full-time, 40 Hour Working Week
Pay: £30,000 per year
