As the Technical Program Manager, you will play a pivotal role in leading and executing a diverse portfolio of technical projects that drive the strategic vision of the company. Reporting directly to our visionary CEO, and working closely with the Technical Director, you will be responsible for overseeing the planning, development, and delivery of complex technical initiatives, ensuring they align with our business objectives and timelines.
With innovative, patented products, we are making waves and setting enviable trends in our industry. You will be joining an Agile team that is dedicated to the development of smart and inspired technology, rapidly changing the future of our industry. Mo-Sys is a disruptive leader and by joining us as the Program Manager, you will have the opportunity to push boundaries within existing technology as well as supporting the development of new technology, to achieve the best all-round solutions.
What You’ll Do:
1. Lead and oversee the end-to-end execution of multiple technical projects, from concept to deployment, ensuring they are completed on time, within scope, and aligned with company goals.
2. Conduct post-project evaluations to identify lessons learned and implement process improvements for enhanced efficiency and performance in future projects.
3. Strategically manage and allocate resources, balancing the needs of multiple projects with team capabilities, and adjusting as necessary to meet changing project demands.
4. Proactively identify, assess, and mitigate risks throughout the project lifecycle, ensuring successful outcomes, while embracing uncertainty and challenging conventional approaches.

8. Ensure effective communication with Beta Testers, early adopters, and support, delivering clear updates and gathering critical feedback throughout the implementation of prototypes.
9. Work autonomously and proactively, taking full ownership of your workload. As the sole specialist in this role, you will collaborate closely with various teams and departments, but it’s crucial that you confidently assert yourself, push back when necessary, and set clear boundaries to ensure priorities are maintained and objectives are met.

5. Capable of aligning project outcomes with broader organisational goals, anticipating challenges, and making informed decisions to steer projects to success.
6. Thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, with the ability to switch focus quickly and manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
7. Background in the technology sector, particularly within areas akin to SAAS, Mechanical Engineering, or Software Engineering, is highly desirable.

Interview Process
Interviews at Mo-Sys are quite informal and conversational, generally carried out over a three-stage process. The final stage usually involves meeting with senior members of the leadership team at our office in North Greenwich, London.
To gain insight into your workplace behaviours and preferences, we will invite you to complete a brief Predictive Index (PI) Behavioural and Cognitive Assessment (online) as part of this interview process. Discussing these results with Jurga, our Chief of Staff will help us to learn more about you as a person, and it will help you to determine whether Mo-Sys is the right fit for you – it’s a win-win!
