This is a fantastic opportunity! We are looking to hire a part time Facilities Support Assistant to work within our Facilities Department.
6-month secondment. 25 hours per week, 5 hours a day – flexible start times (please note that you may be required to work from 7am on certain days)
About our Business Support Team
As a Facilities Support Assistant you will be part of a cross-functional Facilities team providing a number of essential support services to Minster Law.
What you’ll be working on
You will provide support to the Facilities team in the management of health and safety across the business, and the general day to day running of the Minster Law office and support systems.
Your day-to-day
1. Provide a first point of contact to all internal & external clients
2. Managing various inboxes, responding, actioning and prioritising incoming emails and tasks
3. Undertake stock audits
4. Support the facilities team in the management of health & safety across the business
5. Provide support for the facilities/post room and administration team as required.
6. Support with the management of health and safety across the business

8. Ability to work to deadlines with good time management skills
9. Good attention to detail
10. Competent in using Microsoft office packages

11. Have previous experience working in a similar facilities support role
