Sales Administrator
Location: Hertford
Hours: Monday – Friday, 08:00 – 17:00
Salary: £26,000 - £30,000 per year (dependent on experience)

Sales Administrator - Main duties:
Build and maintain relationships with suppliers and customers
Work across departments to ensure high levels of customer service
Process customer requests efficiently, providing quotes and solutions
Follow up with customers via phone and email to drive conversions
Keep customers updated on outstanding requests and liaise with manufacturers for priority resolution
Communicate effectively with stakeholders via phone and email
Support business growth and efficiency by building relationships across departments
Assist with additional tasks as needed
Sales Administrator - What we need from you:
Previous experience within a distribution/manufacturing industry
Confident telephone manner
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Organised and adaptable with a hands-on approach
Team player with a willingness to support different business areas
Proactive, eager to learn
