If so, our client in Northamptonshire will want to hear from you Key Duties: Ensure compliance with ISO 9001, ISO 14001, and ISO 45001 standards and company policies. Develop, implement, and maintain QSHE policies and procedures across the business. Lead internal audits and support external audits to ensure regulatory compliance. Identify risks, conduct risk assessments, and drive corrective actions for continual improvement. Monitor, track, and analyse QSHE data to optimize safety, quality, and efficiency. Train and support teams in health, safety, environmental, and quality standards. Investigate non-conformances, safety incidents, and customer complaints, ensuring effective root cause analysis and resolution. Maintain supplier and customer compliance through tracking systems (e.g., Entropy). Promote a culture of continuous improvement, ensuring high standards of hygiene, safety, and risk management. The Ideal Candidate: NEBOSH, DSEAR, ATEX, or relevant ISO training/auditing experience. Strong knowledge of management systems, risk assessment tools, and compliance standards. Experience in quality assurance/control and health & safety in a manufacturing environment. Sharp analytical skills with a problem-solving mindset (5-Why, PDCA, Root Cause Analysis). Excellent communication, leadership, and influencing skills to drive QSHE initiatives. Ability to manage multiple priorities, work independently, and collaborate with teams. GMP knowledge and 5S workplace organization experience (preferred).
