About the role
Connex Education is seeking a proactive SEN Teaching Assistant to join a supportive school environment. This role provides the opportunity to make a real difference in the lives of students with Special Educational Needs (SEN). You will offer 1-1 support, helping students develop academically and socially, while also serving as a positive role model. Your contribution will be key in nurturing their growth and empowering them to achieve their full potential. As a vital part of the team, you’ll help create a positive, inclusive atmosphere that supports every student's journey.

Our school is a supportive environment dedicated to students with Special Educational Needs (SEN). We cater to children aged 5-11 who may have complex conditions such as ASC, ADHD, and Attachment Disorder. Role Requirements
* Level 3 Supporting Teaching and Learning or Equivalent Level 3 UK Educational qualification is required.
* Previous experience working in Educational is essential.
* A commitment to promoting equality and diversity in the classroom
* An understanding of child protection and safeguarding guidelines
* Enhanced DBS on the update service or willingness to apply for one through Connex Education.
