This is a unique opportunity to shape and lead initiatives that make a lasting impact in a supportive and inclusive school community. • Be part of a supportive and forward-thinking team • Opportunities for professional development • Work in a school that values the well-being of both students and staff • Make a lasting impact on the lives of children and families Key Responsibilities: • Act as a Deputy Designated Safeguarding Lead, contributing to safeguarding and confidential meetings. • Lead on Early Help initiatives, supporting families and collaborating with staff. • Liaise with external professionals and complete referrals to various services. • Maintain an open-door policy for parents and engage with the school community through coffee mornings and workshops. • Take the role of Mental Health Lead, promoting well-being across the school • Leading SEMH (Social, Emotional, and Mental Health) interventions for children. • Promote attachment aware practices throughout the school. • Support attendance improvements through targeted initiatives and home visits. • Be actively involved in safeguarding processes and strategies to ensure children’s safety and well-being.
